FifthColor continues to expand! We welcome Bailey Firgens as our newest Marketing Project Manager!
We’re thrilled to welcome Bailey Firgens to the FifthColor team as our new Marketing Project Manager! With an impressive 11 years of experience in marketing and a passion for connecting people to resources, Bailey brings a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and community-mindedness that aligns perfectly with our agency’s values.
In her new role, Bailey will serve as the main point of contact for clients and deliver tailored, strategic marketing plans as an extension of their teams.
Bailey holds a Bachelor’s in Fine Art with a Business Marketing minor from Adrian College. Her experience includes roles such as Marketing & Creative Services Manager at Visit Sheboygan, where she executed destination marketing initiatives.
Bailey’s professional motivation stems from her love for connecting people within her community. Whether it’s through leading initiatives or supporting community events, she brings a dedication to building relationships and creating a sense of belonging. This commitment has led her to actively participate on several boards and committees in Sheboygan, including the Sheboygan County YMCA Board of Managers and the Neighborhood Pride Board of Directors.
Outside of work, Bailey can often be found near Lake Michigan, enjoying beach days, paddle boarding, capturing its beauty in photos, or piloting her sailboat. When she can be pulled away from the lakeshore, Bailey also loves traveling, visiting historical sites, and experiencing great food in new cities.
