New Hire: Jenni // Executive Administrator

Jenni the new Administrative Assistant

We are excited to introduce our newest team member, Jenni Erickson, who has joined FifthColor as our Executive Administrator.   

With over a decade of experience in administrative support, including three years supporting executive leaders, Jenni brings a wealth of organizational expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.  

Jenni hails from Sheboygan and is finishing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, focusing on Marketing.  

Previously working at Kohler, Jenni held multiple positions, starting as an Area Assistant, progressing to the HR/Benefits team, and eventually becoming Senior Administrative Assistant to the VP of Aftermarket Parts & Service. Her integral role included travel coordination, calendar management, event planning, and onboarding new hires. Her experience in supporting a team that could be widespread, as well as developing office procedures, has prepared her to hit the ground running in her new role.  

Jenni loves a challenge and takes pride in a job well done professionally and personally. Her passion for helping others is central to her career and one of her favorite aspects of the role. She values the variety of responsibilities of being an Executive Administrator, which keeps her workdays dynamic and engaging.

Jenni was drawn to FifthColor because it offered her an exciting opportunity to combine her administrative expertise with a new venture into the marketing industry. She’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the creative process here.

One of the accomplishments Jenni is most proud of is successfully navigating a significant career change and balancing her responsibilities as a mother of four while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Her determination and adaptability shine through, personally and professionally, and these qualities will undoubtedly benefit her in her new role at FifthColor.   

 

Jenni also led the charge on Kohler’s “work from home” pilot program, a groundbreaking initiative that paved the way for her team’s seamless transition to remote work during the pandemic. Additionally, she has been the linchpin for several successful global meetings and events, overcoming the challenges of supporting international operations without having traveled abroad herself.

  

When she’s not at work, Jenni enjoys gardening, DIY house projects, live music, and spending time with her children, dogs, and four chickens! As a self-proclaimed “Shark Tooth Collector,” she’s gathered an impressive collection of teeth, all of which she’s found herself!

 

We’re thrilled to have Jenni join FifthColor and look forward to having her positively impact our team and clients.
