Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist with a strong foundation in Human Resources, a solid understanding of accounting and experience supporting recruiting efforts to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role bridges people operations with accounting awareness, ensuring our workforce is supported strategically and efficiently while aligning closely with business and budgetary goals.

Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processes.
  • Administer benefits, coordinate payroll, and manage employee leaves — with a strong working knowledge of ADP systems (Workforce Now or similar).
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system (ADP).
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.

Accounting & People Analytics:

  • Collaborate with the accounting team on headcount planning, compensation analysis, and workforce budgeting.
  • Monitor office administration expenses and support with cost optimization.
  • Ensure alignment between HR policies and financial goals of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience or 1-2 years of agency experience preferred.
  • Have a working knowledge or experience with Google’s suite of marketing services, including AdWords and Analytics.

  • Attention to detail in writing, design, and other aspects.
  • Able to balance multiple clients at once, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow alongside colleagues.
  • Be independent, a team player, and like a challenge.

NICE to HAVE

  • Experience working closely with finance or accounting teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices.
  • Knowledge of compensation planning or equity administration.
  • SHRM-CP / PHR certification or working toward certification.
