We are looking for a dependable and proactive individual to ensure our office remains clean and inviting while assisting with guest reception and office support.
Overview
FifthColor is looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant/Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is a combination of office cleaning, light administrative support, and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities
Office Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Empty trash and recycling bins daily.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, common areas, and meeting rooms.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as needed.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and break room areas, including wiping counters, organizing snacks, and managing the refrigerator.
- Water and care for office plants.
Office Support & Hospitality:
- Order and stock office supplies, snacks, beverages, and milk.
- Manage incoming deliveries and distribute mail/packages.
- Keep supply closets and storage areas clean and organized.
Reception & Guest Services:
- Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcomed.
- Notify appropriate team members when guests arrive.
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are always tidy and professional.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Basic computer skills for ordering supplies and managing deliveries.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
