Since 1977, the founders of Calanna, Larry and Clara Hedrich, have had a passion for agriculture. In time, they've created a leading company in the dairy goat milk industry while passing the skills and love of agriculture to family members and future generations.
Calanna Specialty Meats, an extension of the KidFarm in Chilton, Wisconsin, carefully cares for and raises goat kids, providing the industry's highest quality goat meat products. The team was looking for a full-service agency to help them execute a new strategy and grow into a niche provider of specialty meats.
As a data-driven agency, we began by diving into research on audience segments and consumers for the niche industry. Following our initial research, we immersed ourselves in their current brand by fully understanding their business with a tour of the Calanna goat farm.
Following the tour, our strategy and design teams conducted brainstorming sessions and meetings to create their new brand style guide and logo samples that created a high-end look to resonate with the target audience.C a l a n n a
Once the groundwork was set, our UI/UX design and development team began developing Calanna's new custom website. The new site houses a store locator, an interactive history timeline, and an extensive recipe section featuring FifthColor's professional product photography.
