Jeff Bayson brings more than two decades of experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives for globally recognized brands including Hershey’s, Xfinity, Humana, HBO, Johnsonville, Husqvarna, Majestic Apparel, Bushmills, Proximo Spirits, and more. He has also led activations and integrated campaign work in partnership with organizations including the PGA Tour, NFL, NASCAR, and Major League Baseball.
His background spans experiential marketing, creative strategy, digital campaigns, broadcast, social, live events, content strategy, copywriting, and integrated creative leadership, aligning closely with FifthColor’s under-one-roof model that combines strategy, creative, digital, production, fabrication, and experiential execution.
Before joining FifthColor, Jeff spent 14 years at GMR as Senior Creative Director, leading integrated campaign development from pitch through launch for brands across sports, entertainment, telecom, health, finance, and CPG industries. During that time, he directed multidisciplinary teams while helping drive measurable campaign performance, new business growth, and award-winning creative execution.
The results of that work include:
- A national experiential campaign for Hershey’s S’mores Tour that engaged more than 47,000 guests and exceeded sales projections by 28%
- A national campaign for Majestic Apparel that generated 79 million social impressions and increased jersey sales by 53% through activations connected to Major League Baseball partnerships
- Subscriber acquisition campaigns for Xfinity University Acquisition Marketing that surpassed year-over-year growth targets
- PGA Tour activations for Proximo Spirits brands including Dobel Tequila and Bushmills that sold more than 100,000 cocktails and significantly increased customer NPS scores

A graduate of Yale University, Jeff has earned recognition through numerous industry honors including Webby Awards, Effie Awards, ADDY Awards, Reggie Awards, IAB MIXX Awards, Horizon Interactive Awards, and Pro Awards.

His experience is what led as the agency continues expanding its national client partnerships and integrated creative capabilities.
