Across B2B and B2C industries, Katie has built a reputation for guiding complex, integrated campaigns from early strategy through final execution with clarity, collaboration, and measurable impact.

Before joining FifthColor, Katie built her career at Bader Rutter in progressive account leadership roles after getting her start at Hiebing. Across agencies, she developed a deep foundation in client partnership, integrated execution, and moving work forward with focus and purpose.
At FifthColor, she joins a nimble, all-under-one-roof team where strategy, creative, and production collaborate seamlessly. Katie is especially excited to deepen her expertise in in-house production, guiding projects from initial strategy through execution across event environments, branded displays, and experiential activations.
Her addition strengthens FifthColor’s ability to deliver a seamless, end-to-end partnership. With Katie leading day-to-day collaboration, clients gain a strategist who keeps work moving, anticipates opportunities, and ensures every touchpoint reflects both brand integrity and measurable business impact.
With a passion for sports partnerships, she is also looking forward to expanding FifthColor’s work with sports brands and bringing those collaborations to life in bold and memorable ways.

Originally from Milwaukee, Katie enjoys coaching club volleyball, researching obscure hiking trails with incredible views, and is on a mission to find Wisconsin’s best fish fry and Bloody Mary.
