Champs Sports set out to introduce Gymshark into 15 prime retail locations nationwide with displays that felt as elevated as the brand itself.

The ask was clear but demanding: create eye-catching, premium in-store activations that would stand out in a competitive retail environment and drive immediate product movement.

The timeline made it even more complex. With less than one month from concept to execution, every decision needed to be fast, strategic, and built for scale.

The Approach

We aligned strategy, creative, production, and logistics under one roof to accelerate timelines without sacrificing quality.

Our team developed display concepts rooted in the Champs Sports and Gymshark identities, ensuring the final experience felt cohesive within the retail environment while still owning attention.

To bring the concept to life, we engineered custom elements designed for high impact and operational efficiency. This included 3D-printed kettlebells weighing less than half a pound, allowing for a premium, dimensional look without adding shipping weight or complexity.

From there, we handled sourcing materials, commercial printing, fabrication, assembly, and kitting each store’s display package for seamless rollout.

The Results

The impact was immediate. Featured products sold out within the first month of launch, proving the effectiveness of the in-store experience in converting shoppers at the shelf.

In under 30 days, all display elements were produced, assembled, and shipped to 15 flagship Champs locations nationwide, hitting the launch window without compromise.
